Founding Director
I have dedicated most of my life to the hospitality industry, from pubs to restaurants & coordinating events of all kinds, across Kent and Sussex. This journey inspired me to create a bar service with a unique twist—a project for the whole family. It seemed like a natural progression, as both of my daughters have also excelled in this vibrant sector. Thus, Knights Mobile Bars was born. When I'm not busy running HQ, I find joy in working at local public houses, embracing the community spirit 🥂

I have been working as a bar assistant with Knights Mobile Bars since we opened. When I'm not pouring and shaking drinks at your events, I'm at home with my partner and two dogs or working at my other job as a Service supervisor.
I have always loved working in hospitality, being able to add our special touch to your big day! I mostly enjoy experimenting with cocktails and meeting all of your guests.
Since getting more involved in the family business I have been able to update the website and take over some more of the background tasks.
